      We took the HIV orphans presents... they were the most lovely children i had ever met. There are 11 of them at the orphanage in total.

      With some of the money we had fundraised, we took the orphans on a day trip... they got to have a party in the truck on the journey!

      We took all of the orphans to a lovely outdoor swimming pool and we swam, had a nice lunch, and played in the park. They loved it!

      The HIV Orphans: The girl with the green balloon is called Catherine. She has a burn on her face and i dread to think how she got it.

      The orphans had a day they will never forget.... Only the rich get to swim in swimming pools in Kenya... they had only ever swum in rivers.

      This little girl is called Nola. I met her and her sisters at County Primary School, Embu. She comes from a very desperate family situation.

      This little girl is called Joy.. and she really is a joy! She has no parents but lives with her aunty who loves her. Joy has the best smile!
